Admission Withdrawal/ Refund

ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL REQUEST AND REFUND OF FEE
The First year student who has paid the fees for the academic year can withdraw admission and be eligible for refund as per the UGC / AICTE / JUIT refund policy given in the admission offer letter issued to the student at the time of admission.

Student seeking withdrawal of admission has to send the withdrawal request at E-mail ID: refund@juitsolan.in .  Withdrawal request should be forwarded by the parents of the students.  Admission withdrawal request sent on E-mail ID other than refund@juitsolan.in shall not be considered.

Request before commencement of the Session / Class: Admission Cell will process the refund request with the necessary approval by the competent authority.

Request post commencement of the Session / Class: Admission withdrawal request will only be considered along with the No Dues Clearance Form.  Format of No Dues Clearance Form is available at University Website:

Students seeking withdrawal post commencement of the Session / Class are required to fill STUDENT EXIT FEED BACK FORM and enclose the same along with the admission withdrawal request.  Student Exit Feedback Form is available at University Website:

Parents of the student have to mandatorily provide Account Mandate Form along with the admission withdrawal request.  Admission withdrawal request without Account Mandate Form shall not be considered.  Format of Account Mandate Form is available at University Website:

Parents are required to provide their own (Father OR Mother) bank account details in the Account Mandate Form as refund of the amount shall only be remitted to the Account of Father / Mother. 

Once the process is completed, the refund of the fee (if applicable) shall be processed within 15 days of submission of the complete withdrawal request and other associate documents.  Refund of fee, if any, will be credited to the bank account details provided by the applicant in the Account Mandate form only.  Deduction, if any shall be deducted before refund of the fee.
