Dr. Vaishali Dhiman, Ph.D. in Management from Central University of Himachal Pradesh, is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Grade-I) at Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, Solan, India. She excels in Entrepreneurship, Startup and Business Incubation Ecosystem, Exponential Technologies, and Basic Tourism research. With proficiency in various analytical software and a knack for academic publishing, she has authored 12 international publications indexed in SCOPUS, WOS, UGC CARE, and DOAJ, with publishers including Emerald, Sage, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis Group AAP, and IGI Global.

She also serves as a peer-reviewer for the Journal of Global Entrepreneurship Research (1), Economic and Regional Studies (2) and IMIB Journal of Innovation & Management (3), as well as book chapters for IGI Global Publications (23).

She has qualified the UGC-NET examination five times consecutively (from November 2017 to June 2020) and was awarded the UGC-NFSC JRF in November 2020.
