Welcome Note

The Convocation Ceremony is one of the most prestigious academic events of the University, marking the successful completion of academic journeys and celebrating the accomplishments of graduating students. Jaypee University of Information Technology is delighted to invite its graduating students, research scholars, parents, faculty members, alumni, and distinguished guests to the VII Convocation Ceremony. The occasion symbolizes the transition from student life to professional and academic careers while strengthening the lifelong bond between graduates and their alma mater. The ceremony will recognize the academic achievements of graduates through the conferment of degrees, medals, and awards.

Important Instructions

Eligibility: This invitation is applicable only to those students who have not yet collected their degree certificates.
Accommodation: Please note that accommodation on the University campus will NOT be available.

Mandatory Rehearsal: All graduands are required to attend the Convocation Rehearsal, scheduled as follows:

Date: Friday, 17 July 2026

Time: 02:30 PM onwards

Venue: JUIT Auditorium

Attendance during the rehearsal is mandatory to ensure the smooth conduct of the ceremony. Please note that without rehearsal, you won’t be part of the convocation ceremony.

Bring a valid photo identity card.
Reach the venue at least one hour before the ceremony.
Maintain the decorum of the event.
Follow the instructions issued by the organizing team.
Mobile phones should remain on silent mode during the ceremony.

Dress Code

To maintain the dignity and decorum of the Convocation Ceremony, all graduates are requested to adhere to the prescribed dress code.

White Pajama.
Stole will be provided by the University.

Female Graduands ↗

Cream Saree (RGB: 245, 235, 190) with a golden border.
Matching blouse (preferably maroon).
Stole will be provided by the University.
