Participants are invited to submit original research papers (review articles will not be accepted) in the following categories:
Short Oral Presentations
For faculty members and scientists.
Limited slots available (First-come, first-served based on quality).
Rapid Oral Presentations
For research scholars and students below 35 years of age.
Limited slots available (First-come, first-served based on quality).
Poster Presentations
Open to all researchers.
Schedule based on subject areas.
Submission Guidelines
Please adhere strictly to the following formats for acceptance.
Abstract Formatting
- Length: Maximum 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
- Title: Bold, sentence case.
- Authors: Names with affiliations and contact email of the presenting author.
- Text: Single paragraph, Times New Roman, 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing.
- Keywords: 3–5 listed at the end.
Poster Preparation
- Dimensions: 90 cm (Width) x 100 cm (Height).
- Numbering: Organizers will mark the allocated number on the poster board.
- Header: Title, Authors (underline presenting author + email), and Affiliations.
- Structure: Introduction/Background, Results, Conclusions, and Acknowledgements.
Review Process
- All abstracts will be peer‑reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
- Selection will be based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the conference theme.
- Limited slots are available for oral presentations; allocation will follow a first-come, first-served basis combined with quality assessment.
Conference Awards
To recognize outstanding contributions, ICBAB2026 will confer awards during the Valedictory Session on 30 May 2026.
Eligibility: Open to all registered participants presenting posters.
Criteria: Scientific quality, clarity of presentation, innovation, and relevance to the theme.
Evaluated by a panel of experts during poster sessions.
Eligibility: Faculty members and scientists (Short Oral category).
Criteria: Originality, scientific rigor, delivery, and impact of the research.
Evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Eligibility: Research scholars/students below 35 years (Rapid Oral category).
Criteria: Novelty, clarity, and potential for future research impact.
Note: All awardees must be registered participants and present their work in person.
