Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit full papers in English of not more than 08 pages (including figures, tables & references) in Springer format. If the number of pages exceed, the authors from India have to pay Rs. 500 per page and foreign authors USD 50 per page. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under submission elsewhere. All articles will be reviewed for scientific quality by the Technical Program Committee and external reviewers.

‘It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious book series “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems” ( https://www.springer.com/series/15179 ).

Submission Guidelines

  • Authors are invited to submit full papers in English of not more than 14 pages (including figures, tables & references) in Springer format.
  • Papers must be strictly submitted electronically in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format through email to mrcn2026@juitsolan.in.
  • Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under submission elsewhere.
  • All articles will be reviewed for scientific quality by the Technical Program Committee and external reviewers.
  • The registered author must present the paper at the conference for it to be included in the proceedings. Papers not presented will be removed from the conference proceedings.

Page Limit & Extra Pages

  • Maximum paper length: 14 pages (including figures, tables & references) in Springer format.
  • For pages exceeding the limit:
    • Indian authors: Rs. 500 per extra page
    • Foreign authors: USD 50 per extra page

Review Process

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process by the Technical Program Committee (TPC) and external domain experts. Papers will be evaluated on the basis of:

  • Originality and novelty of the contribution
  • Technical soundness and correctness
  • Relevance to the conference themes
  • Quality of presentation and writing

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer under the series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS), which is Scopus Indexed.

⚠ Important: The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet the submission guidelines or do not fall within the scope of the conference. Submission of a paper implies that at least one author will register and attend the conference to present the work.
