Paper Submission


The general authors are requested to submit their papers in the 10 tracks of the PDGC 2026 conference created in Microsoft CMT.

The authors invited by special session organizers are requested to submit their papers in the concerned track only.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors are invited to electronically submit their paper using IEEE format written in English, of up to 6 pages (Full Paper) and 4 pages (Short Paper/ Poster), full paper presenting the results of original research or innovative and short paper may have partially completed with theoretically established idea to practical applications relevant to the conference. All submissions are to be done electronically using Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit and all accepted and presented papers will be sent to IEEE Xplore for their further possible publication and indexing with various database like ACM Digital Library, DBLP, Compendex, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Google Scholar, INSPEC, JournalTOCs, CiteSeerX, Web of Science, Journal Citation Report(JCR), and ERIC etc. 


Manuscript Submission 

All manuscripts submitted to  PDGC 2026 will undergo a peer-review process and the submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least three reviewers.  
Authors must ensure that their manuscript is in compliance with Manuscript Preparation Guidelines and can submit MAXIMUM of 2 papers to PDGC 2026 using the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit Submission link:

Authors can use IEEE MS Word A4 or IEEE LaTeX template for preparing their manuscript and check the PDF for compliance within Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit portal and for its further submission.

NOTE: The plagiarism score of submitted paper should not exceed 20% without bibliography.

FORMAT GUIDELINES:

  • Paper size: The paper size for submission of manuscripts must be A4.
  • Paper format: Two-column format in MS Word or LaTeX style is mandatory.
  • Page limit: Manuscripts in PDF formats should not exceed 6 pages for full paper and 4 pages for short paper/poster.
  • PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted into PDF and must be compatible with Adobe Acrobat 5.x or higher version for further submission.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
