Important Guidelines for Camera-Ready Submission and Registration!

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 | Reviewers’ Comments
Please log in to your CMT account and carefully review all comments and suggestions provided by the reviewers.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 | Response to Reviewers
Please prepare a Response Sheet addressing each reviewer comment individually, incorporating the suggested changes and feedback, and clearly indicating the corresponding changes made in the revised manuscript. The Response Sheet must be uploaded through the Author Registration Form (𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟳).

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 | Plagiarism Compliance
Before submitting the final manuscript, please ensure that it satisfies the following similarity and AI Plagiarism requirements:
  Similarity Index: Below 15% (excluding references) and below 25% (including references)
  AI plagiarism: 0%

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁: Manuscripts exceeding the prescribed similarity limits may be rejected even after acceptance. Authors are advised to carefully check the plagiarism report before submitting the camera-ready version.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰 | Camera-Ready Manuscript Submission
Please submit the final camera-ready manuscript through the Camera-Ready section of CMT.

The final manuscript must:
  Follow the IEEE conference paper format.
  Incorporate all relevant reviewers’ comments and suggested revisions.
  Not exceed 6 pages, including references.
  Remove all hyperlinks, including hyperlinks associated with email addresses and references.
  Ensure all figures/images are at least 300 DPI resolution.
  Pass the required IEEE PDF eXpress compliance check using the following steps:
       ① Create an account on IEEE PDF eXpress: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/Login#
       ② Enter the following Conference ID: 73007X
       ③ Click “Create New Title” and follow the instructions to validate your final manuscript PDF.
       ④ After successful validation, download the IEEE PDF eXpress-validated PDF.
       ⑤ Upload this IEEE PDF eXpress-validated PDF file to the CMT submission system.

Please complete the IEEE Copyright Form through the Submit IEEE Copyright Form option available in the Camera-Ready section of your CMT Author Console. You will be redirected to the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) website to complete the form.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁: After completing the form, download the completed copyright form in PDF format, return to CMT, and upload the PDF through the IEEE Copyright Form Submission section. Finally, click Save to complete the submission.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟲 | Conference Registration Fee
Please complete your conference registration by paying the applicable registration fee using the details available on: https://www.juit.ac.in/pdgc-2026/reg.php

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟳 | Author Registration Form
After completing the camera-ready submission and registration fee payment, please submit the Author Registration Form: https://forms.gle/H1jaHuxyrZKGzWkc9
The form will require you to provide the necessary author and registration details, along with supporting documents, including:
  Presenting Author Details
  Proof of Registration Category
  IEEE Membership Proof, if applicable
  Registration Fee Payment Receipt
  Final Camera-Ready Paper (.docx format or or LaTeX source files packaged in a .zip file)
  Response Sheet addressing reviewers’ comments, if applicable.
