Participants should submit abstract and full-length paper as per conference schedule. Those submitting only abstracts will also be considered to participate in oral presentations upon registration in the appropriate category. Certificate will be provided only for registered authors, at-least one author who is presenting his/her research must register for the research paper to be considered for publication in proceedings. Participants who do not wish to present a peper in the conference but attend the event gaining vast knowledge delivered via keynote and technical sessions shall register as listeners, they will also receive e-certificte.

1. Submission process
Participants willing to present their research shall kindly submit their abstracts as per the due date. Upon initial screening of abstracts participants will be informed on acceptance of the abstract for submission process via email. Participants with selected abstracts shall then proceed for full paper submission in required template, which will be peer reviewed to be selected for publication with Springer and to be presented in the conference. Based on reviewers suggestions papers will be scheduled for presentation during the technical sessions of the conference. A detailed schedule indicating the time slot for each paper presentation will be shared once the review process is done. Authors are advised to strictly follow the timelines given.

2. Online payment process
After acceptance of abstract/paper participants are requested to pay the required Registration fee for ICSMC 2021 on or before the last date of registration. Kindly keep snapshot/proof of submitted registration fee with you, which will be needed to upload in the registration form.

There is no separate fee for selected papers to be published in Springer. For selected papers with extra pages (max 8 pages), Indian author Rs. 500 per page and foreign author USD 30 per page will be charged before submission of copyright forms.

3. Online registration process
After acceptance of the manuscript for final submission process and fee payment, participants are required to fill the registration form on or before the last date of registration (For filling author registration form google sign in will be required).
