In order to facilitate you with the smooth processes of Abstract / Paper Submission the comprehensive Call for Papers are specially designed for you by the Conference Chair together with the Conference Committee. If you think you’re a researcher, academician, industry expert or an enthusiastic individual in the following themes it’s time for you to prepare yourself for the conference and your presentation.

To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, tips, terms, and deadlines mentioned.

Abstract/Final Paper submission will be done on Springer's Online Conference Service.

Guidelines for Authors

• Prospective authors are invited to submit paper reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference.
• The paper should begin with title, short abstract and a list of keywords. Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.
• All papers must be submitted in pdf or docx form following strict Springer formatting instructions (TEMPLATE link) .
• The ICSMC 2021 organizers regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and when identified, the submissions will be rejected.
• All papers are double blind reviewed.
• A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the Program Committee for the sole purpose of improving on the quality of the paper. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favourable response from the conference organizers. ICSMC doesn’t encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.
• The total length of the paper must not exceed 6 - 8 pages (A4 size) including bibliography and appendices.
• We use Springer's Online Conference Service system for submission of papers and review process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Springer's Online Conference Service to log in.

Online-submission/OCS Registration Instructions:

• In order to submit Abstract/Final Paper create a new account on Springer's Online Conference Service, click the Registration button.
  

• Type in your E-mail address and click the Send request button.

• After a short time you will receive a confirmation mail from the OCS. Follow the registration link.

• Fill in at least the required text fields, afterwards click on the Register button.

• Your account is now ready for use

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts should be submitted on International Conference on Structures, Materials and Construction (ICSMC 2021).
• Abstract should be of maximum 150 words.
• The deadline for abstract submission is April 15th, 2021.
• The notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to you via email by April 30, 2021.
• Registration has to be done after receiving the acceptance of abstract.

Final Paper Submission Guidelines

• If your abstract has been accepted, you should submit your Final Paper. The final paper length should be between 6 - 8 pages (A4 size) including bibliography and appendices. The template of the Final Paper is available in the Download section.
• Final Paper should only be submitted on Springer's Online Conference Service.
