Authors are invited to submit full papers in English of not more than 6 pages (including figures, tables & references) in IEEE double-column format. If the number of pages exceed (max 8 pages), the authors from India have to pay Rs. 500 per page and foreign authors USD 50 per page.
The registered author must present the paper in the conference for getting the paper to be published in IEEE Xplore. Otherwise your paper will be removed from the conference proceedings.

- Every accepted paper must have a UNIQUE SEPARATE REGISTRATION, i.e. separate registration fee is to be paid for each accepted paper in order to be included in the proceedings.
- Authors claiming discounted registration fee must produce valid proof for availing the discounted fee (copy of student matriculation card, IEEE membership card must be submitted)
- Registration fee includes Conference Kit, Breakfast and Lunch on conference days and Conference Gala Dinner.
