Manuscript Submission

All manuscripts submitted to IEEE ICIIP 2015 will undergo a peer-review process and the submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.

All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.

Authors must ensure that their manuscript is in compliance with Manuscript Preparation Guidelines and can submit ONLY 2 papers to IEEE ICIIP 2015 using the EDAS Submission link:

https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=21225

In particular, you should use the provided IEEE MS Word A4 Template and check the PDF for compliance within EDAS conference system.

FORMAT GUIDELINES:

  • Paper size: The paper size for submission of manuscripts must be A4.
  • Paper format: Two-column format in the IEEE A4 MS Word style is mandatory.
  • Page limit: Manuscripts in PDF formats should not exceed 6 pages.
  • PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted from IEEE MS Word A4 format into its PDF version for submission.

Note : LATEX PDF Submissions will NOT be considered.

Plagiarism and Excessive Re-use of Author's Earlier Material: The contents of the manuscripts should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in another conference or journal. All submitted submissions will be checked by the iThenticate tool for plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

Similarity Index Explanation: Authors can check the similarity score after submitting the manuscripts using EDAS conference system. The similarity score represents the "cumulative" sum of similarity scores with all documents in the CrossCheck database.
Authors are advised to keep their similarity score well below 15. The decision to deem any work plagiarized is made carefully, and only after an in depth examination of both the submitted paper and sources that have similar text and the same will be reported to IEEE.

Note : All the papers having the Similarity Score well below 15 will ONLY be considered for REVIEW. Otherwise, the paper will be REJECTED SUMMARILY without any REVIEW.
