Biography :

Dr. Amardeep did his B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra in 2010. He completed his M. Tech. In 2012 from NIT Kurukshetra with specialization in Transportation Engineering and Ph. D in Civil Engineering with specialization in Transportation Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) in 2017. He joined the Department of Civil Engineering at Jaypee University Waknaghat in December 2017 as Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering. He has been published 10 papers in reputed SCI/Scopus Journals and International/National Conferences.

Proposed Project Topics:

1. Traffic operations on two lane roads on hilly terrain
2. Effect of curve on the speed and capacity of two lane highways in plain and level terrain
3. Mid block crossing behaviour of pedestrian on an unsignalised intersection in plain and hilly terrain
4. Hollow sustainable concrete block
5. Innovative solution to prevent the dampness in concrete structure
