Biography :

Dr.Niraj Singh Parihar is Ph.D from Civil Engineering Department,JUIT Waknaghat (2023) and M.Tech from Civil Engineering Department,IIT Kanpur (2012) with specialization in Geotechnical engineering.He has completed his B.E. degree in Civil Engineering (2009) from Govt. Engineering College, Rewa affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University,Bhopal(M.P.).He worked as an Assistant Professor at KL University,Vaddeswaram(A.P.) from August 2012 to June 2013 and is currently working on the post of Assistant Professor(Grade-II) at the civil engineering department of JUIT,Waknaghat(H.P.).

Research Interests:

Soil Stabilization, ground improvement, geosynthetics and fibre reinforcement, slope stability, microstructure analysis of soil, dam analysis
 

Proposed Project Topics:

1. Static and dynamic slope analysis and their remediation in Bhutan
2. Design and stress analysis of gravity dam
3. Expansive soil stabilization using industrial waste
