Biography :

Dr. Vikas Baghel received his Ph.D. in Radar Signal Processing from IIT Bhubaneswar in 2014, M.Tech in Telematics and Signal Processing from NIT Rourkela in 2009, and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from UPTU Lucknow in 2007. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat. His broad research interests lie in Signal Processing, with specialization in Radar Signal Processing, Array Signal Processing, and Image Signal Processing. He has authored more than 35 research papers in reputed peer-reviewed international journals and conferences. Dr. Baghel is actively engaged in professional societies and currently serves as the SPS Counsellor of the IEEE JUIT Student Branch. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, and a member of IEI and IAENG. He has also been the recipient of the prestigious Commonwealth Fellowship from DFAIT, Canada.
