Mr. Prateek is currently working as Assistant Professor (Grade-II) in Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan (Himachal Pradesh). He did B. Tech and M. Tech in Computer Engineering from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra (NAAC A+ Accredited) in 2010 and 2013 respectively. He is presently pursuing Ph.D in the field of Data Clustering. Before joining JUIT, he worked as Assistant Professor (on contract) in NIT Kurukshetra for 4 years. He has around 10 years of rich teaching experience along with 15+ publications in various reputed book chapters, journals & conferences. He has qualified GATE 2016 Exam as well as UGC NET Exam twice. His area of interests includes Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, Machine Learning, Python Programming and many more. He is currently serving as a member of International Association of Engineers (IAENG) and Computer Society of India (CSI).
