Biography :

Dr. Saurabh Srivastava is an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Mathematics, JUIT, Waknaghat. His recent work focuses on developing numerical optimization techniques in interval optimization to gain more accuracy in decision making. He received the M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from the Bareilly College, Bareilly in 1999 and Ph.D. degree in Mathematics (Nonlinear Programming) from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in 2005. He joined JUIT, Waknaghat on 25 November 2017 as an Assistant Professor (Grade-II) in the Department of Mathematics. Before this he has worked in Hindustan College of Science & Technology, Mathura, Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Institute of Engineering and Technology, M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and Bareilly College, Bareilly. His research areas are Nonlinear Programming, Interval Optimization, Numerical Optimization Techniques and Sustainable Inventory Control.
