Personal Data

Brigadier Balbir Singh born on 10th Nov 1945. Graduate from Agra University and commissioned in Aug 1967 into Armoured Corps. A graduate from Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. Joined the University on 1st May 2002 as Administrator and taken over as Registrar since October 2003.
