 Registration charges include all conference material, coffee breaks, 3 breakfasts, and 3 lunches, the dinner-reception on the evening of August 1, the conference banquet on August 2, and the dinner on the evening of August 3.

Payment of registration fee:
Participants can use one of the following modes for paying registration fee:
(a) Demand Draft:
Demand Draft should be in favor of “Jaypee University of Information Technology” payable at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.
(b) Multicity Cheque:
Participants from within India can also make payment through Multicity Cheque payable at par in the name of “Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat”
Demand draft/ Cheque along with Registration form duly completed should be sent to:

Note:

  1. You may fill the registration form electronically or take a printout of the form and fill it with a pen.

  2. If you want to pay through demand draft or a multicity cheque, please send a hard copy of the registration form duly filled along with the demand draft/ multicity cheque by surface mail. Also send a soft copy of the registration form duly filled by e-mail to imst2009@yahoo.in.

  3. Please mention the name of the remitter (Participant/ Author) and also the purpose of remittance (Registration fees IMST 2009-Fim XVIII) clearly in the funds transfer application.

  4. All bank charges will be on the account of the remitter.

  5. If you want to pay through wire transfer, you need not to send a hard copy of the form. Please send the Swift Copy (wire transfer advice) along with the registration form duly filled to imst2009@yahoo.in.
