All participants shall be offered free accommodation in University hostel(s) (probably shared if the number is large).

The Destination:

The hotel is situated at a distance 7 km from campus on NH 22. The conference discount is 20% for single occupancy and 30% for double occupancy on applicable tariff at that period.

Falcon Crest:

The hotel is situated at a distance of 10 km from the campus. The conference discount is 30% on applicable tariff at that period. The room tariff normally varies from 950 INR to 2590 INR plus taxes.

Participants, if they so desire can make their independent reservations in hotels of their choice. Online reservation in various hotels at Shimla can be made by visiting Himachal tourism web site http://himachaltourism.gov.in/. Shimla Bus terminus is 24 km from campus, the distance of hotel may vary from 20 km onwards depending on its location.
