Vanita Rana is a Lecturer with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, Solan, India. She received the M.Tech. degree in Electronics Product Design & Technology from Punjab Engineering College, Deemed University, Chandigarh in 2006. While at Punjab engineering college, she did work on development of a low cost restoration sample sensing probe for cosmetic dentistry, as a M Tech thesis project. She has research and review papers in national and international conferences in the area of Embedded Systems, and Optical Communication. Her current research activities are in the areas of Solid State Devices, Electronic product design, optical communication, and embedded systems.
Her objective is to perform at her level best and keep herself up to date on latest areas which will benefit her students and her colleagues.
