Biography

Viranjay M. Srivastava received the B.Tech. Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, India , Masters degree from the VLSI Design Department, Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Noida, India, and Doctorate (Ph.D.) in the field of RFIC Microelectronics and VLSI Design from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.
He was with the Semiconductor Process and Wafer Fabrication Center of BEL, Bangalore, India, where he worked on characterization of MOS devices, fabrication of devices and development of circuit design. He joined as a faculty in Electronics and Communication Engineering fDepartment, Saroj Educational Group, Lucknow, India in 2002. Currently he is in Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.
